Groups enabled

At the behest of Kelly Cheney I have enabled group functionality; contributors can now create groups to be public, private, invitation only, request to join, or closed. These groups may, in turn, have private blogs, forums and stories posted to them.

The Drupal module called OG, (organic groups,) works very nicely once the wacky admin privileges are fixed, and while I've only created a single group, the framework seems to work nicely. Please feel free to test the functionality, and if you need something tweaked just let me know.

As of now, there seems to be a slight problem with the theme posting the group message very largely over top of the other content. While I dig through CSS code, the simplest fix for now is simply to ignore the message, adding a welcome story instead.
